* A copy of the Original Bills must be provided with your invoice.

* Driver must turn in signed Bill of Ladings (BOL’s) for all orders related to transporting for Premier Refrigerated Transport within 24 hours along with any other receipts. To facilitate this; PRT has provided access for drivers to use the Vector mobile app to upload all documents related to loads transported for PRT (Free of charge to the Carrier). Failure to turn in all documents related to this load within 24 hours will result in a $150 deduction and the denial of payment for accessorial charges related to transporting for Premier Refrigerated Transport (Effective 2-1-2021).

Documents can be submitted via Vector App or by contacting PRT support services 24 hours a day 7 days a week at 877-599-8736 for alternate methods.

* In order to be paid for any detention related to transporting for Premier Refrigerated Transport, Carrier or Broker must communicate that they are entering a detention billing period at the time of detention beginning. Once the delivery is complete we must be notified of the total detention charges. Carrier can notify PRT 24 hour support services at 877-599-8736.

* In order to be paid for any accessorial charges related to transporting for Premier Refrigerated Transport, Carrier or Broker must submit receipts, or other documentation regarding the charges within 24 hours of the occurrence. These documents include but are not limited to lumper receipts and gate fees.

* All temperatures must be maintained with refrigeration unit in CONTINUOUS mode of operation.

* Carrier agrees to pay delivery specific fees and turn in a copy of the invoice(s) to Premier Refrigerated Transport for those fees.

* Carrier must provide a clean out slip showing that the trailer is clean and free of any cross contamination and able to transport any food grade consumable product and must be pre-cooled to 34 degrees. (Upon arrival Carrier will verify with Shipping for final load temperature setting).

* Driver(s) must arrive with available hour of service to complete all deliveries within the dispatch time requirements.

* Driver(s) must observe Personal Protective Equipment practices at all times while outside their vehicle at any shipper or receiver facility, including but not limited to wearing steel-toed shoes and a reflective vest.

* 3 Load locks or straps for E-track at a minimum, if carrier does not provide they must purchase required number of load locks or straps from Premier Refrigerated Transport.

* Trailer must be a 53’X102″ Air Ride Reefer Trailer equipped with a non-rollup door unless separate arrangements have been made with Premier Refrigerated Transport

* Driver must use Macropoint cellular tracking of the load from pickup to final delivery. A $100 deduction will be enforced if the carrier does not accept the use of Macropoint. After 2 denials of Macropoint the carrier will not be allowed to haul for Premier Refrigerated Transport again until they agree to Macropoint usage.

* Carrier commits to making all deliveries on time using the trailer originally loaded and sealed at origin and agrees to advise Premier Refrigerated Transport of any delays as soon as they occur by contacting PRT support services at 877-599-8736.
